You can use the Deluo Diagnostics Tool�which is available here:

http://www.deluo.com/support/files/gpsdiags_1.7.3.exe

You need to set the COM port and baud rate (if you do not know them, you can use the "Discover my GPS" button). Afterwards, click "Start Testing"

Will Streets and Trips work on my PDA?

Microsoft Streets and Trips software was specially designed to be used on a Laptop and although it has a Pocket PC version it is a very basic mapping application. Pocket Streets does not have voice or routing features and will only show your current location on a map.�

From time to time Streets and Trips loses GPS connection

Please download and install the following application from: http://www.deluo.com/support/files/tools/DeluoGPSPortReplicator-1.1.2.zip

Then follow these steps:

Start Port Replicator program and change the COM port number to the one used by your GPS receiver. (See picture below, #1)

Choose a number different than the COM port you are currently using. Usually a number between 10 and 20 will be OK, if the ports are being used by other devices go to the Device Manager and check under COM ports which ports are in use. Streets and Trips will use any ports up to #20.

Click "Add"

Finally click "Replicate". The status will change to "Opening ComX". Once the new port is available the status will say then the message "Replicating ComX".

Afterwards, you should go to Streets and Trips, go to Tools > GPS > Configure GPS receiver. On the configuration Window select the Virtual COM Port created in steps 2 and 3.
